This style has removable bra pads that give you a light lift shelf style built in!

Sizing is flexible due to the stretch of this material but here is a general recommendation: Go by your BRA size not shirt size! 

S/M: 32A-36D and L/XL: 38A-42DD

If you are FULLER chested, you will still fit in these but they may fit a little more compressed. The material provides great stretch, so if you are in between or slightly bigger than a 42 bust, you can size down for a bit more compressed look (without feeling uncomfortable!)
